As part of the Miranda prototype project, we created a number of licensing agreements to accommodate a number of different kind of licensing arrangements for acquired material. This includes non-exclusive licenses, exclusive to non-exclusive, and exclusive licenses. We include them here as a resource for other institutions with similar needs.
